This floor maintenance service, consist on performing a “Strip & Wax” restoration procedure to bring the floor to its best shape possible (floor stripping consists on cleaning the floors surface with an oscillatory machine using a special pad and solvent. Floor waxing consists on applying the finish in the amount of coats necessary).

Pressure wash
This type of service is performed on outside common areas, walkways, patios and parking lots. Pressure wash service is use to clean concrete surfaces (oil, paint, algae, chewing gum, dirt buildup etc.)
